Hi, I’m Jodi—part product, part strategy, part tech—all in on customer experience.

I lead and collaborate with top-notch teams to deliver innovative products and experiences, connecting the dots between design, consumer insight, and business goals.

education. I was pre-med for a year at Penn—then realized that wasn’t me. After a minor existential crisis, I landed on an interdisciplinary path, studying Applied Math in Computer Graphics with a minor in Psychology. At CMU, I earned a Master’s in Interaction Design. I didn’t realize it at the time, but being an uncategorizable mix of tech, design, and human factors would eventually become a thing.

career. I’m a design strategist and entrepreneurial product leader with extensive experience turning customer insight into competitive advantage. I’ve partnered with startups and Fortune 500s to create customer experiences that drive loyalty and sustainable growth. Most recently, I founded bytten®, the original designer of Apple Watch and Fitbit jewelry—enabling smartwatch owners to personalize their bands with luxury jewelry. See selected work.

a few things i love. in no particular order. My daughter. my family (including my dogs). the ocean. cooking healthy, delicious food (this includes peanut butter and coffee). creating order out of chaos. discovering patterns. the lost art of customer service. working on my handstands and all things yoga. art. music. nature. words. color. making people feel seen. serendipity. (also: crossing things off my list.)

what's next. With over two decades leading cross-functional teams to design innovative products and experiences, I’m exploring what’s next—seeking leadership opportunities at the intersection of design strategy, user experience, and product design. I bring a human-centered approach grounded in research, empathy, collaboration, and a strong belief that customer experience is the next frontier of competitive advantage.
