Hi, I’m Jodi—part product, part strategy, part tech—all in on customer experience.

I lead and collaborate with top-notch teams to build innovative products, connecting the dots between design, consumer insight, and business goals.

education. I was pre-med for a year at Penn—then realized that wasn’t me. After a minor existential crisis, I landed on an interdisciplinary path, studying Applied Math in Computer Graphics with a minor in Psychology. At CMU, I earned a Master’s in Interaction Design. I didn’t realize it at the time, but being an uncategorizable mix of tech, design, and psychology would eventually become a thing.

career. I’m an entrepreneurial product and UX design leader with over two decades synthesizing design, consumer insights, and business strategy to craft transformative customer experiences. Most recently, I founded bytten®, the original designer of Apple Watch and Fitbit jewelry—enabling over 200,000 smartwatch owners to personalize their bands with luxury jewelry. See selected work.

a few things i love. in no particular order. My daughter. my family (including my dogs). the ocean. cooking healthy, delicious food (this includes peanut butter and coffee). creating order out of chaos. discovering patterns. the lost art of customer service. working on my handstands and all things yoga. art. music. nature. words. color. making people feel seen. serendipity. (also: crossing things off my list.)

what's next. With over two decades of experience leading cross-functional teams to design innovative products and experiences, I’m exploring what’s next—seeking leadership opportunities at the intersection of design, user experience, and product strategy. I bring a human-centered approach grounded in research, rapid iteration, and a strong belief that customer experience is the next frontier of competitive advantage.
