As Co-Founder and Customer Experience Officer at gloss48, I led product design and development of a digital marketplace connecting undiscovered beauty brands with beauty lovers (including me). In five weeks, I built a proof-of-concept site—enabling us to secure nearly $1M in seed funding and earn a spot in the PayPal Start Tank incubator. Managing both creative and technical partners, I led a rapid development process, taking us from concept to launch in six months, supported by a design system that improved efficiency and consistency, and streamlined collaboration—resulting in a better product, faster.
